That I am sharing my work and thoughts on this site unconditionally. ALL content on this site is for everyone. Although I may “sign” my work in my comment, I assign all rights to anything I submit to this site/project, in perpetuity, to all of humanity, collectively. (Note: the underlying rights of producers of sound libraries, etc. used as permitted by their licenses to produce work submitted to this site are not affected by this rights assignment.) I will never bring legal or other action against any individual or entity for work produced or shared in connection with this site/project.
That nothing submitted to, downloaded from, or created using data downloaded from this site may be used for profit, or for personal or business promotion. Use of all material on this site for promotion of this site/project is permitted. For example, you can post on a social media account something you submitted here, saying something like “Look what I just posted to MusicUnitesUsAll.com, this really cool, collaborative music/audio project.”
That I will not submit anything illegal, that promotes violence, or impinges on the dignity or well-being of anyone.
That primary uploads will be stereo audio files, to make things as broadly accessible as possible. Supporting files, such stem files, PDF scores/parts, etc., may be uploaded in secondary comments. Currently, there is a 64 MB maximum file size for all uploads.
That the administrators of this site may remove any post that, in their sole discretion, violates the spirit of the site/project, and their judgment will be final.
